Terms of Service

These terms are for Studio Croft Modern Homes Packages*, including but not limited to the Standard Bath Package, the Master Bath Package, the Kitchen & Laundry Room Package, and the Whole House Package. 

*Custom residential projects and commercial projects are subject to project specific design agreements.

All renderings and floor plans by Studio Croft are conceptual in nature and are intended to set forth design intent; they are not to be used for architectural, engineering or permitting purposes. If construction is planned, you are advised to consult and separately contract with a licensed contractor.

Studio Croft will not be held responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery, installation, assembly, or safety precautions in connection with the execution of the Studio Croft Modern Homes package(s); for the acts or omissions of any contractor, subcontractor, supplier, or other person performing work related to the Studio Croft Modern Homes package(s); or any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.

Studio Croft cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations in the Studio Croft Modern Homes project.

Studio Croft cannot guarantee the prices or long term availability of merchandise listed in a client’s Purchasing Guide.

Scope of Work

• Studio Croft Modern Homes packages are only available to residents of the United States of America.

• Studio Croft Modern Homes packages are a virtual design service only.

• Any additional work outside of the agreed Scope of Work for Studio Croft Modern Homes packages shall be charged on a hourly rate set forth in a project specific design agreement.

• The design and/or e-design will be provided as specified on the sales page and shall be delivered as a downloadable product as detailed on the site. The date and time of design delivery are subject to change. We will provide you with as much notice of any change as is possible but we shall not be liable to you in any way for any change to such dates or times.

• Studio Croft will rely entirely upon measurements provided by the client in recommending items to be purchased by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all measurements required are provided and that all measurements are accurate. Studio Croft will not accept any responsibility nor any liability in the event that any recommended item does not fit the space as shown on the floorplan due to the client’s failure to provide any measurements and/or in providing incorrect and/ or inaccurate measurements.

Payment

• Payment is due in-full at the time of purchase.

• All Studio Croft Modern Homes Packages are non-refundable.
