In the Studio
Marching towards the deadline for one of the largest interiors projects I have worked on with the team at Curry Boudreaux Architects. It still feels as if there are mountains of details to review and coordinate and weeks that are slipping by too fast. At any rate, there is a light at the end of the tunnel for this project... at least for the Construction Documents phase!
Working on:
A overall review of all interiors related elements (finish/flooring plans, elevations, ceiling plans, etc.) in the Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Convenient Care Center project. Can you say "red lines"?
Documenting the two-story Xorel Artform panel art installation. The panels help with sound absorption in our large lobby spaces on both first and second floors and the open stair in-between. The arrangement will also double as a large scale art installation. Four Colors, about 112 panels, irregular formation... a pain to draw out, but I'm super excited to see it installed!
